Who builds the homes you sell?
The developments on this site are built by Mi Vida Homes. Every listing names its developer and says what stage the building has reached.
What does off plan mean?
You buy before the block is finished, at the price set for that stage, and pay as the building goes up. The listing says when the development is expected to be complete.
Can I pay for a home monthly?
It depends on the development. Each listing sets out the plans that development offers and what a deposit looks like, and our staff will talk you through the one you are looking at.
How do I choose between land and a home?
A plot is yours to build on when you are ready, and the title comes to you. A home is finished or being finished by a developer, so you buy a completed address rather than a site. The Properties page lets you look at one without the other.
