Chamas
Can our chama buy together?
Yes. A group can buy a row of plots on one agreement, or a plot each. We can attend your meeting and bring the site plan.
One title, or a title each?
Either. The registered chama or its company can hold one title, which suits building rentals together. Or the chama buys adjacent plots at one price and each member gets their own title once their share is paid.
What does our chama need to buy?
Your certificate of registration, the chama’s KRA PIN, signed minutes resolving to buy, and the IDs and KRA PINs of the chair, secretary and treasurer. For a title each, every member’s ID and KRA PIN too.
Who gets the receipts?
All three officials. Every payment is receipted by SMS to the chair, the secretary and the treasurer, not only to whoever paid, and all three see the same statement in My Plot.
Will you come and present to our members?
Yes. Tell us when your chama meets and we will come with the site plan and the figures, in person or on a call.
