KEZA Riruta is a hundred metres from the Kikuyu Road junction on Naivasha Road, which is the whole argument for it: town one way, the bypass the other.
Phase 1 is finished — 154 homes handed over in 2025 — so phase 2 is being sold beside a neighbourhood that already works. The site runs to four and a half acres and keeps its trees, including the 400 year old mugumo that the park is named after. There is a clubhouse, a pool, a children's play area and round the clock security.
Phase 2A studios start at KES 6.5M. The larger homes are priced as each block is released, so ask us what is open when you are ready.
