Can our chama buy together?

Yes. A group can buy a row of plots on one agreement, or a plot each. We can attend your meeting and bring the site plan.

One title, or a title each?

Either. The registered chama or its company can hold one title, which suits building rentals together. Or the chama buys adjacent plots at one price and each member gets their own title once their share is paid.

What does our chama need to buy?

Who gets the receipts?
